Modern appearance, convenient operation and very simple starting procedure are the highlights of this new generation Stihl grass trimmer range. The number of steps needed to start the machine has been drastically reduced. The frustration of a flooded engine is virtually eliminated. The Stihl FS40 has a new 2-stroke engine with stratified charge allowing fast acceleration, low emissions and reduced fuel consumption. With bent shaft, loop handle and AutoCut mowing head, this machine is ideal for trimming small areas of grass and around obstacles.
 
Please note that before collection or delivery of this machine, it will be assembled, checked over, fuelled/oiled and tested, ready to use. Full user instruction will be offered FOC.
