All items on our online store are available for collection from our showroom (437-439 High Street, Cheltenham, GL50 3HU) at no additional charge. Machines for collection will be fully assembled and tested ready for use, having undergone a full manufacturer approved pre-delivery inspection as part of our approved dealer status.
Local Delivery - Within 25 miles of our store
For all Garden and Groundscare machinery (excluding Parts & Accessories) within 25 miles of our store items are personally delivered by our own staff. Machines will be delivered full assembled and tested, having undergone a full manufacturer approved pre-delivery inspection as part of our approved dealer status. Our staff are able to give a full machine handover including guidance on correct usage and operation. We offer this service free of charge on orders over £199 and charge a £9.99 surcharge on orders less than this.
Nationwide Delivery - England and Wales
We offer delivery throughout England and Wales by courier and where possible provide tracking information on the delivery status of orders (this is may not be possible with all the carriage providers we have to use to accommodate non-standard size packaging). All machines undergo a pre-delivery inspection as per manufacturer guidance as part of our approved dealer status and will be sent in the original packaging unless this is unsuitable after machines have been unboxed for testing.

We aim to deliver all items within 3-5 business days and although we do our best to achieve this, we cannot be held liable for delays caused in shipping by providers which are out of our control. If would like your parcel left in a safe place add a note at checkout and where possible we will try to accommodate this, but it is not guaranteed. Please note that if your parcel is left in a safe place, you accept full responsibility for its security, and we are not liable for any loss or damage.
