Prices and payment

The prices of Services advertised for sale on our Site are as set out on our Site. All prices are in pounds (£) sterling, including VAT, excluding shipping charges. Shipping charges will be added to the total amount due once you have selected a shipping service from the available option as set out in Shipping Information.


Prices may change at any time prior to (but not after) acceptance of your order.


We cannot accept your order until you have paid for it in full.


In the unlikely event that the price of an item has been incorrectly advertised on our Site, we will contact you by email or telephone to ask whether you wish to proceed with the order at the correct price. If you are not happy to proceed, or we are unable to obtain your instructions, we will cancel the order. Unless we have already confirmed dispatch of your order, we will not be obliged to supply Services at the incorrect price.



Online ordering:

As well as offering online payment, our 'Contact Us' page gives you the option to request that we call you to make alternative payment and/or delivery arrangements.


Postage and packaging charges:

Any charges for purchases under £150.00 in value for delivery to the UK mainland are clearly shown in the shopping bag before clicking through to the checkout. For selected purchases of £150 and above, the packaging and carriage charge is as stated on the product page and again in the shopping bag.


Delivery:

Please allow up to 7 working days for UK delivery. In the event that your order may take longer than this, we will contact you to notify you of the expected delivery date, and you will have the option to cancel if you wish.

We will send you an email when the goods are dispatched and this will tell you when to expect delivery. Most items will need to be signed for (unless you entered instructions to the contrary during checkout).

If there are any visible signs of damage to the packaging, please tell the courier and reject or sign that the goods are damaged. Claims for damaged or undelivered goods must be made within 3 days of the delivery date.

• KW 1 to 17

• PA 20 to 38, 41 to 49, 60 to 78

• PH 4 to 44, PH 49, PH 50

• Isle of Man (IM), Northern Ireland (BT), Isle of Lewis (HS) ZE, Scilly Isles (TR21 to 25)


Guarantees:

All products are covered by the full manufacturer's warranty. Your satisfaction, from purchasing and beyond, is of great importance to us. If you have a problem with an item during the guarantee period, first of all please contact us. We will assist you in getting the problem put right to your satisfaction.


Depending on the product, we may arrange for it to be collected and returned to us for repair, or we may make arrangements with a local dealer who will fix it at no cost to you. Alternatively, we may arrange for a replacement to be sent to you. The important thing is that we will take ownership of any warranty issues, and get things put right for you.


Even if your product is out of warranty, feel free to contact us and we may be able to offer you advice and options. We would like to point out that all items are checked by our own service department before dispatch. If you purchase a product from this site, it will have a full pre-delivery inspection carried out by a qualified technician. This means that you will not take delivery of an item which is faulty.


Returns:

If you are not delighted with your purchase you have the right to cancel within seven days of your purchase, or seven days from the receipt of the goods (whichever is longer). In all cases of returns, please contact us first to tell us about the issue.

If you receive goods which are faulty, or not as ordered, we will give you the option of a refund or replacement, and we will pay for the return costs of the faulty goods.


If you simply change your mind, then we will still refund the purchase price, less a handling charge, provided you return the goods in an 'as new' condition, with all packaging and instructions. You will be responsible for the cost of returning unwanted items, and you should use a tracked or signed for service to do this. In very rare circumstances our suppliers may charge us a restocking fee for goods we don't normally hold. If you have simply changed your mind and return an item, we may pass on this cost.
